The Homey Homies Way
At Homey Homies, we only offer high quality houses for rent that we would feel comfortable living in ourselves. As long time renters, we have always longed to live in a house rather than an apartment and are pleased to offer rental units that are all in houses. We are all too familiar with the longing of wanting a backyard and not smelling your neighbours' cooking while walking down the hallway. We pride ourselves in having a small portfolio of Warman house rentals to offer to our community, and we self-manage with love and care. Warman is a wonderful place to call home and is a community that is perfect for young, active, and growing families!

Affordability
We do not claim to be the cheapest rentals in the area. However, remember that units that are priced exceptionally low come with exceptionally low living conditions. What we offer are high quality Warman house rentals at a price point that is competitive with the current rental market.

Warman offers a slower pace of life than its nearby big brother city and substantially less crime. The neighbourhoods offer safe and quiet streets where your children can play and a great school system for them to learn in. With it being only 14km north of Saskatoon, commuters can enjoy the hustle of the larger city and return to the peace of their own district without losing hours of their life driving.
Amenities, Amenities, and Growing Amenities
Despite being a bedroom community, Warman offers some great amenities that are traditionally only found in larger, urban areas. It presently offers: a BMX track, cross country ski trails, skate park, community garden plots, outdoor skating rink, multiple ball diamonds, soccer fields, many kilometers of paved walking trails, campground, toboggan hill, tennis courts, a HUGE Communiplex, off-leash dog park, 18-hole golf course, disc golf, and so much more. Like, for real! There is so much more we could list, but we have picked out our favourites. Not too shabby for a city with a population of ~13,000.
